Roast profile for Costa Rican SHB Tarrazu

We will soon take delivery of Costa Rican SHB Tarrazu. Any considerations in creating a post profile for this coffee? Thanks much!

Brenda,

If I were you I'd look through your notes to find your favorite roast profile from a different coffee. The closer the coffee is in terms of density, color, and bean size the better. And then just try to match that profile and cup for a few days afterwards. If after that you want it to taste different there are definitely online resources on how to make specific changes once you have a starting point.
