New Video Series on Profile Development

I've recently started to work on a new video series on roast profile development. My plan at the moment is to try to cover coffees that are very different from each other and go through the sensory evaluation and decision making process for developing a profile for that particular coffee. The first episode is already online covering a nice coffee from Ethiopia. The next episode deals with a coffee from Costa Rica that is really interesting to use for exploring balance with a few different roasts and once I've recovered from Christmas I should be able to finish putting that together quickly. Beyond that it's just going to depend on what coffees I bring in and if I think there's something interesting that I haven't covered with one of the earlier videos, but I have a short list of topics I'd like to cover.

Leaving the link here because I think people might find it useful and I'd be glad to have some feedback on the project.

Neal,

Thank you for the interesting video. I love seeing other roasters in there environment developing coffee's. A little like staring through the looking glass. I wish I had the confidence and technical skill to do something similar.

Looking forward to your next one.

Thank You

Thanks for the kind words. Episode 2 is now online. I think I know what I'm doing for the next two episodes, but don't know when I'll have the time to put those together.
