A Peek Under the Hood (Measurement Systems)

Lately I've had or seen conversations with other roasters on confusion regarding why the data we get from our roasters isn't always as useful as we'd like. In many cases the problem is something that can easily be solved by changing a setting on a device or in the logging software, and that's obvious if you know how these systems are implemented, but most roasters don't have that background knowledge so I put together a new video that explains the bits (literally) of measurement systems at coffee roasters in hopes that it helps people understand why the data they're seeing looks the way it does and what they might be able to change to make that data more useful. Applicable regardless of the hardware or software you're using.
