Hario V60 01, 02, 03?

I currently have at my disposal all three sizes of the Hario V60. I typically use the 03 size every day to brew a batch size of 60 grams of coffee to 36 oz. of water. I rarely use the other two sizes. The 02 size in particular is a mystery to me...

I am wondering if anyone would share their brew specs and suggestions for the other two sizes.

Thanks!

for the 02, I use 30g coffee to 320g water at a grind setting that permits a 30 second bloom and a 2 minute pour. I typically pour more to the center than toward the sides because the ridges tend to allow it to brew out the sides as well as the bottom. :-)

I use either an 01 or 02 and use 28g of coffee to 370-380g water. Sometimes I use the 01 because it makes me pour slower and I seem to get better results but the 02 works great too. I do a 30s bloom if the coffee is older than 2-3 days and 45s bloom if the coffee is fresher than that. Really I just go by the amount of degassing activity I see in the bloom. I pour like RobHoos does to avoid any bypassing. This almost always gets me in the 18%-22% extraction (using a TDS meter and MojoToGo) that SCAA suggests. For what it's worth it tastes great!
