This topic was brought up on our facebook site and we thought it would be interesting to put the same question up here as well. What new methods and procedures are you doing in brewing right now. We'd love to see how people are dosing, grinding and all that good stuff. Anyone want to share any breakthroughs??

I have been playing around with CONA vacuum brew at 32 grams for roughly 16-17 ounces of water in roughly about 3:25. grind is set to ditting number 6. Lately using washed and blended washed/naturals. Kenya as well. Seems to favor brighter coffees...
