I’m looking to hand some good LED lights soon to cover the roasters in my space. My gut tells me that sunlight balanced lights are probably best, around 5000k. However, something around 2700k would be warmer and being that roasted coffee appears brown maybe that would be better?

Anyone deal with this? Inconsistent lighting drives me nuts. The light on my Loring seems a little on the cold side.
