Anyone speed up their Diedrich drum rotation speed?

I'm in a position to experiment with my IR12 and am curious if anyone has sped up their drum to closer to 60RPM vs the 30ish RPM it is from the factory.

A larger gear on the motor would speed things up, but then you may need a longer chain, and is that motor the right motor for changing the speed if the gear gets changed?

The goal would be to eliminate tipping while allowing quicker roasts I guess.

Thanks!
