Contracts with customers

Unfortuantely, I've discovered that a "handshake" is not the way to do business anymore. I am wondering if anyone would be willing to share a Business to business type or legal agreement used in the coffee business. I am not asking for specifics regarding price and such, just the basic 1 yr or 2 yr contract.
If this is not info that can be shared, can you point me in the right direction.

Hey Lorraine, so sorry you had such a horrible business to business experience. Without naming names or any of that, could you maybe explain a little bit more on what sort of business you're looking to contract? Is this a purchase, sale, or otherwise? Wholesale account, materials vendor, equipment? Knowing what sort of venture you're trying to protect yourself in would help better identify how to help you.
