Would love to hear about anyone's experiences with grain pro. Currently conducting retain quality tests, but figure there's probably data somewhere already out there....somewhere.

I really ought to get some data together, with that said, we having been buying the same Peru (from Balcones) for a number of years now. Last year was the first year it was in Grain Pro, and it was cupping with 4pts, 8 months after buying it. If I remember correctly, it was an 87.5 coffee last December and cupped at 83-84 in July. Whereas the same coffee had a quick drop in quality the year before. Thats something I'm going to start tracking.
