This is a topic that I have wrestled with for a long time. What I am seeing (and not just in coffee) in 'grade inflation'. I often hear people gripe about '87' coffees and that are not '90+' coffees. Last time i checked, '87' coffees are pretty outstanding. Grade inflation is something I believe needs to be addressed.
